I need to change the email address associated with my HoodQ account. How do I do that?


Since your HoodQ Account is associated with the email you used at the time of signing up for HoodQ, a customer service representative will need to change your email address for you. To submit your request, please fill out the Billing and Account Support Form below. You will be notified when your email has been changed. After that point, you will need to sign into HoodQ with your new email address.




How do I upgrade my plan?


To upgrade your plan:

  1. Sign into your HoodQ account.
  2. Click "My Account" in the left menu.
  3. Click "Manage Subscription".
  4. Choose the plan that you would like, enter your credit card information, and click "Update Your Account".
Your new plan will be pro-rated based on the timing of when you switched to the new account.




How do I update my credit card information?


To update your credit card information:

  1. Sign into your HoodQ account and click "My Account" in the left menu.
  2. Click "Manage Subscription".
  3. Select your current plan and enter your new credit card information.
  4. Click "Update Your Account".




How do I cancel my HoodQ subscription?


To cancel your plan:

  1. Sign into your HoodQ account. and click "My Account" in the left menu.
  2. Click "Manage Subscription".
  3. Click "Cancel Account". A verification message will appear.
At any time in the future, you can always reactivate your HoodQ account by signing in with the same email and password that you initially signed up with.




Where do I get a receipt for my HoodQ payment? I need it for tax purposes.


Receipts are automatically emailed to you when your credit card is charged. The email address that the receipts are sent to is the email address associated with your HoodQ account. If you have not received the receipt, please check your spam folder. The receipts are sent on the day your credit card is charged. If you chose the Monthly Subscription Plan, they are emailed to you each month on the day your credit card is charged.




I used to have a HoodQ subscription. How do I reactivate it?


To reactivate your HoodQ account, simply sign into HoodQ using the same email and password that you used when you initially set up your HoodQ account. If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by signing in with your same email address, and clicking "Forgot Password". Once you are signed in:

  1. Select the type of HoodQ plan you'd like (monthly plan or one-year plan).
  2. Enter your credit card information.
  3. Click "Update Your Account"
