401 Business Park

The Beaty neighbourhood lies in east Milton, and started development in 2001—the first homes to be built in "New Milton." Beaty has schools, many parks, a library, and a shopping centre in the southern corner. It has easy access to Highway 401. Homes are mainly large detached, with some semi-detached homes and townhomes.

Bowes

The Bronte Meadows neighbourhood is located in southwest Milton and was constructed between 1982–1985. The neighbourhood is within walking distance of downtown, and is close to both Milton Hospital and the sports centre, which are located on the other side of Derry Rd. A commercial area lies along Bronte St. South, and the area is home to the Milton Fairgrounds. Homes in this area are mostly single-detached on fairly large lots, on streets lined with mature trees.

Brookville

Campbellville is located in west Milton, and, until 1974, was originally part of Nassagaweya Township. The area is home to conservation areas, the Mohawk Racetrack for horse racing. The quaint village features restaurants, bakeries, art studios, and gift and specialty shops. There is a strong community association that organizes improvement projects and community events. Housing is mostly single-detached homes that are varied in age and architectural style; there are some estate homes on rural properties, farm homes, horse farms, as well as newer subdivision with large properties.

Campbellville

The Clarke neighbourhood in northeast Milton started building in 2003, as one of the first developments of what is known as "new Milton," and construction is ongoing. The neighbourhood was named after Samuel Clarke, a long time agriculturist and municipal politician. A residential neighbourhood, it features many parks, trails, and green spaces. Housing is largely two-storey single-detached homes as well as row housing and townhomes.

Clarke

Development of the Coates neighbourhood in south Milton began in 2005. This residential neighbourhood features many parks, bike lanes, and good access to Highway 401 and to GO transit. It is close to a shopping plaza at Thompson Rd. and Louis St-Laurent Ave. Housing includes larger, 2-storey, single-detached homes as well as multi-level townhomes.

Coates

The Cobban area is in southeast Milton on rural lands and is slated for development of townhouse complexes and single-detached homes. Sixteen Mile Creek flows through this area.

The Dempsey neighbourhood in northeast Milton began construction in 2002. It has good access to major roads, Highway 401, and GO Transit. Housing is mixed, with condos, townhomes, and single-detached homes. Amenities include parks, a leisure centre, restaurants, library, and a large shopping centre.
