Bram East is a large, newer residential neighbourhood on Brampton's eastern border, with its planning and development happening after 2009, and ongoing. Much of the western and southern region is natural lands along the western branch of the Humber River, with some a conservation area. A trail system runs throughout the whole neighbourhood. A golf course is located centrally. Homes in Bram East are higher-end, large single-detached, and there are two pockets of larger homes on large properties.
