Claireville Public School is a kindergarten to grade 5 school, serving the community just north of Queen and west of Gore. Built in 2004, we still consider ourselves a “new” school as the surrounding neighbourhood has pockets of construction. Claireville also offers a before and after school PLASP program to provide flexibility for family work schedules. At Claireville, we work together for excellence in an environment of respect, trust and care. In our classrooms and through our commitment to exposing children to arts-based performances, we support a vision of nurturing the whole child and expanding their understanding of the world around them. Through collaboration and inquiry, we celebrate excellence and appreciate our diversity as a school community. We offer a wide range of activities for students to build their leadership skills.
Bram East is a large, newer residential neighbourhood on Brampton's eastern border, with its planning and development happening after 2009, and ongoing. Much of the western and southern region is natural lands along the western branch of the Humber River, with some a conservation area. A trail system runs throughout the whole neighbourhood. A golf course is located centrally. Homes in Bram East are higher-end, large single-detached, and there are two pockets of larger homes on large properties.
