Located in North Bramalea, Jefferson Public School offers a diverse, and growth oriented learning environment where students are encouraged to be safe, caring and inclusive. The school is open to students from kindergarten to grade five. At Jefferson, classrooms are inviting, students are engaged and learning comes alive. We are fortunate to have a before and after care program available to parents in our school.

Our school places a high emphasis on character traits, and monthly assemblies are held to recognize the achievements of students who live out the traits on a regular basis in school.

Students may participate in soccer, volleyball, flag football, car club, rocket club, choir, and drumming. In addition, there are spirit days throughout the school year (e.g., mustache day, crazy hair day and pajama day).

At Jefferson we foster healthy, positive, and effective relationships between home and school. We are fortunate to have an active and supportive school council that raises funds to support school initiatives. A new sound system and technology upgrades are some of the more recent purchases made to improve the school experience for our students. Volunteers play an active part in our school's JRAP program, designed to support students in reading and pizza days.
