Williams Parkway Sr. is an active middle school in the north/central region of Brampton. Its population includes approximately 600 students, with our student community speaking a total of 50 languages. We have four, self-contained special education programs including ASD, ASD-DD, ICOM and GLD. Our strengths include a tremendous and deep caring dedication to students and their happiness. We also have a tradition of active participation in middle school sports, being a tradition of excellence. We also have much expertise in the area of technology.
The Central Park neighbourhood is in central Brampton, and is one of the older neighborhoods in the city, one of Bramalea's alphabetically-based developments from the 1970s-1980s. This neighbourhood's street names begin with "H" and "M." Housing is a mix of single-detached homes of various styles and ages, semi-detached homes, high-rise complexes, and townhome complexes, as well as a crescent of larger homes on large lots. The neighbourhood features recreation centres, plenty of park lands, and a trail that runs its length.
