Fairview is a small residential neighbourhood in central Mississauga, just south of City Centre. Fairview was developed, beginning in the 1980s, as a transitional residential area between City Centre and Cooksville. The neighbourhood has many single-detached homes built in the 1980s and early 1990s, as well as areas of townhomes, some of them from the early 2000s. The area is convenient for city centre amenities, as well as for Highway 403 access.
