Edenwood Middle School is located on Edenwood Drive adjacent to Meadowvale Secondary School. Edenwood is home to a dual track-school with English and French immersion programs. As a school community, we believe in developing the whole child through a strong emphasis on academics, the arts and athletics. Students can partake in a wide variety of extracurricular opportunities that enrich their learning experience.

We are a culturally diverse school with 30 teaching staff and 540 students. Thirty-one different languages are spoken other than English. Edenwood has nine grade 7 English classes and three French immersion classes; eight grade 8 English classes and two French immersion classes and one Intermediate Communication class. Our Breakfast Club serves a variety tasty treats on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We have developed our mission, vision and values statements in collaboration with our staff, students and families. Our mission describes our school’s purpose, “Creating a Safe and Respectful Environment for Diverse and Excellent Teaching and Learning.” Our Vision is, “We are a community of learners, parents, students and staff, working together to enrich the lives of all our students.” Our values are those based in character education, “Growth, Teaming and Perseverance.”
