Through the cooperative efforts of our staff here at STA, we are excited to be able to offer our students a comprehensive academic program as well an outstanding co-curricular program. Included in our academic program is Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) in Health Care Science/Medical Technologies and the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. We hope this is another example of our ability to offer students a “small school” environment with the benefits of a large school curriculum. Our staff looks forward to providing our students with a unique Catholic learning experience that will prepare them for their post secondary goals.

Mission Statement

Our school is named after St. Thomas Aquinas (1225-1274) who was a Catholic scholar and theologian. Our school motto is “Aequalitas, Veritas, Excellentia” which translates to “Equality, Truth, Excellence”. St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Secondary School, together with home, church, and community, values the uniqueness of each person and is dedicated to life-long learning, personal development, and spiritual growth.
