David Bouchard Public School opened its doors to students for the very first time on September 3rd, 2013. As a dual-track school, we offer classes in both French and English. We have approximately 570 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8. Our staff are committed to student success and well-being. Our goal is to prepare our students for the ever-changing world of the 21st century through strong academic programming. We also offer many extra-curricular opportunities in the areas of sports, music and the arts.
Central Oshawa is a mixed residential and commercial area with easy access to parks and greenspace as well as the many businesses along King Street. There are a wide variety of housing options, ranging from large apartment complexes to single-family homes.
