Our School
Forest Run P.S. is named after the street it located on, Forest Run Blvd. The school population is wonderfully diverse with over 40 languages represented. Close to 70% of students speak another language other than English at home. Our school mascot is the Forest Run Falcon. It is the work of one of our students and was chosen in a student competition at the school. We opened with the commitment to our community that any child, no matter what their ability, can be successful.
Our Facilities
Forest Run P.S. was officially opened in 2002. Our entire building is wheel chair accessible. We also have a full-size gymnasium and stage equipped with a sound system. Together, our facilities provide us with the space and resources we need to host a variety of sports tournaments and various artistic productions.
