About St Michael the Archangel Catholic ES

Our namesake, St. Michael the Archangel, is one of the seven Archangels who are servants and messengers of God. St. Michael the Archangel is revered in Catholic tradition and in liturgy as the Protector of the Church and the Patron Saint of Police Officers. St. Michael the Archangel is usually depicted with a sword. This sword is double edged: truth and justice. A fierce warrior, protector, and comforting guardian, St. Michael is the greatest angel of all!
