This residential area is named for the Ardagh Bluffs natural area that it sits in, an area of woods with more than 17 kilometres of trails and over 518 acres. Much of the Ardagh Bluffs is environmentally protected. The neighbourhood has mainly detached single homes, with some townhomes, and some multi-unit housing, and there are also schools and additional parks.
