Commerce Valley is a narrow strip in south Markham, located between junctions of major highways: between Highway 7 and Highway 407 and where they meet Highway 404 to the east, and where they meet Bayview Ave, to the west. The eastern portion is businesses and restaurants, and there is a residential area in the west, with apartment complexes and townhomes.
