The Raymerville neighbourhood is between Markville and Markham Village, in central Markham, and is named after the first family who settled in the area. It is a residential neighbourhood, characterized by tracts of forested areas. Raymerville Drive is a major collector, contour-shaped road that serves the community. There is a small community shopping centre located at the corner of Raymerville Drive and McCowan Road. Housing is mostly single detached two-storey homes, and some high-rise buildings.
