The Victoria Manor - Jennings Gate neighbourhood is in northwest Markham, bounded by Major Mackenzie Dr in the south, Woodbine Ave and Victoria Square in the west, and the Rouge River tributary in the east. Victoria Manor is the western part of the neighbourhood and is a newer development, with mostly single detached, 2-storey homes on narrow lots, as well as areas of row houses with garages in the back of the properties. Jennings Gate, to the east, features grand estate homes on large lots.
