Mississauga's City Centre is a small area in the centre core. The neighbourhood has had a lot of recent development, and there are new construction projects on the way. Features include Square One Mall, restaurants, parks, Living Arts Centre, Celebration Square, Mississauga City Centre, YMCA, Public Library, and Sheridan College – Hazel McCallion Campus. For housing, the neighbourhood features high rise condos and a large retirement home.
