Islamic School of Hamilton (ISH) is a non-profit private school, operating under the umbrella of Muslim Association of Hamilton (MAH). The school was established in 1998 and has developed into a fully functional educational institute. ISH serves students from Preschool to grade 8 and is licensed by Ontario's Ministry of Education. ISH takes great pride in teaching the Ontario Curriculum, in addition to Quran, Arabic, French and Islamic Studies. ISH works in an Islamic environment; as we strive for the highest of academic standards and achievements. Albion Falls is a 19 m (62 ft) classical/cascade waterfall flowing down the Niagara Escarpment, one of the most popular and picturesque waterfalls in the area. The neighbourhood named for the falls surrounds it, and contains a couple different residential areas and a lot of parkland with trails.
