In this School Guide, you'll find out more about the schools children in this neighbourhood can attend, including public, Catholic, and private schools.

The Northglen neighbourhood is in west central Oshawa. It includes the Oshawa Municipal Airport, the Oshawa Airport Golf Club, the Thornton Cemetery, and the Ontario Regiment Museum. Northglen is not far south of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and Durham College main campus. It has schools, parklands, and plenty of green space, especially along the Oshawa Creek that flows north-south through the neighbourhood. In the southeast area, homes are generally 1960s bungalows and ranch-style, on generous lots, as well as some new homes along Stevenson Rd N. On the west side, homes are from a bit later, and are larger, 2-storey or split-level, but on narrower lots.
