About La Citadelle International Academy

La Citadelle International Academy of Arts & Science was conceived in September 2000 upon a clear vision of both international and holistic education, Canadian bilingualism, and a spirit of educational excellence. Its exceptionally caring environment and encompassing core-curriculum, combined with a distinguished faculty, a diverse student body and comprehensive resources, equip its students with the knowledge, skills and values required to attain the highest levels of achievement and mastery learning. With four years of French instruction at the Kindergarten Division and eight years of bilingual instruction at the Elementary Division, students are equipped with unparalleled tools essential for them to begin La Citadelle’s bilingual Secondary School Division, which has been customized to offer an extremely solid foundation for students to successfully pursue higher learning in the most prominent universities in Canada and around the world.

La Citadelle International Academy is located in Banbury-Don Mills

Banbury-Don Mills is a mixed-use neighbourhood in the North York district. It was developed to be a self-supporting "new town" and was at the time located outside of Toronto proper. Consisting of residential, commercial and industrial sub-districts, it was planned and developed by private enterprise. In several ways it became the blueprint for postwar suburban development in Toronto and contemporary residential neighbourhoods.
