Located in Etobicoke, APS is an Independent Private School that offers curriculum based education from Grades 7 to 12 that includes a variety of credit, pre-credit or non-credit programs. We have an authority to grant credits to the secondary school students from Grades 9 to 12 who are working towards completing their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). APS provides a warm, caring, stimulating and challenging environment in which our students learn and develop. The town of Clairville was established in 1850 at the intersection of Albion Road and Steeles. It was built on a land owned by Jean du Petit Pont de la Haye, who developed the community on his estate which he named after his daughter Claire. Clairville was divided between municipalities and the portion west of Indian Road and Highway 427 is today in Brampton. The area is home to a large industrial and commercial area known as Highfield and a residential area called West Humber Estates which contains primarily single-family detached homes.
