The area has plenty of open green space, woodlands, and ravines related to the West Duffins Creek and the East Duffins/Ganatsekiagon Creek that run through this area, as well as some parks. Most development in the area occurred since the 1980s, and development east of Brock Rd. is continuing. Housing is primarily detached and semi-detached homes, as well as some townhouses.
